My Story 3

I witnessed my lover cheating, and I told him I wanted to break up with him because I didn't want to be stuck with him anymore. Then, I happened to meet him recently, and while talking to an acquaintance I hadn't seen for very long, the topic came up. He said I did well, and that I was cool. But even after we finished talking, he kept telling me I was cute and pretty.

Yo... She's pretty and everything, but why on earth does she do that to me? We're not even lovers, we're just strangers. Why on earth does she do that and what does that mean? Every time that happens, I get flustered and my head spins because I don't know what she's saying. If you guys know what she means, please let me know.

So... I'm really confused. I think it's a joke since we're acquaintances, but judging by the way he speaks, it's not a joke, it's serious. What on earth does he mean by that? I just can't figure it out.
