“What assignment?” I asked back, biting my first chocolate bar for today.

My eyes widened. “Yah! Are you serious? Jinjjaro?!”

I smiled. “Of course I did! I didn't sleep early unlike you!"

“I need beauty sleep, you know!” I defended myself. “And I answered this time, okay."

“Good for you!" I gave him a nudge.

We were both talking about rumors circling around the campus, in the hallway. It's not yet time so students are scattered outside their room

“What are you guys talking about?" I simply walked between them.

Laughing I turned to y/n, “Did you do the assignment?" I ducked a bit to whisper on her ear.

I covered my ear after that. It tickled me. “Yah, you shouldn't be doing that here!"

I rolled my eyes. “I'll go in first, okay? ”

“So.. did you?”

Transferred my backpack in front of me, I fished for my notes. “Here, you go, you lazy cute guy.”

He smiled as he received my notes, his dimple growing deeper. I just want to poke it for some reason.

“Thank you y/n,” I nearly, nearly, pecked her. But I remembered i can't. “I'll go in first, okay?" I pointed our room's door.

He ran away after it. I shake my head while I watch him run.
“Yah, why did you give your notebook?"

I turned around to see my study buddy.

“You know him. He's smart, just lazy.”

“So? That doesn't mean it's okay for you to do that.”

“Chill, class president,” I joked. “Besides, it's not lile he does it everyday,” We finally reached the room.

He was about to answer but some of our classmates were making a mess so he went first. I immediately followed though.

The one's making a mess was actually Won and Riki.

I watched them as they got scolded by Heeseung. I saw Riki and Jungwon glancing on me but I couldnt understand what they were saying.

They were telling Hee something in a low voice. But I stopped caring and pulled out my sketchbook from under my desk.

“Guess who they're fighting over,”

I heard my crush, Hoon, talking in front of me, with Jake.

“I don't know, man. Let's not dig details.”

“Kj”, I answered under my breath. I felt someone staring at me though, so I searched whoever it was and saw Y/n.
Jay
“Yah. You can't stare at her like that,” I said, interrupting Hoon.
Sunghoon
I smirked. “Know what, you should be there at the back instead of Ni-Ki,” I said.
Jay
“Shut up.”

“Man, Ni-Ki was innocent. He was her lunch buddy even before Won appeared. How did this happen?"

I know he knows what happened at the back. Won and Ni-Ki were fighting over Y/N.

I heard a seat beside me moved. I closed my eyes to the cringy sound of the chair's foot scratching the floor.

“Yah, Jungwona! Can you just lift the chair?”

I calmed myself. He was already sitting. I looked at him with worry. “What did you guys fight over anyway?”

He wouldnt answer.

“Jungwonie,” I moved my chair closer to his. “Jagiya...” I whispered. It made him turn to me. He still looks bit annoyed though.

“What was it, hmm?”

I sighed. “Can you not eat lunch with him today?”

“You know i can't. He's the only one who sits with me on lunch while you practice taekwondo somewhere.”

“What about Jay hyung?”

I didnt answer. I knew Jay has feelings for me although he never told me.

“I eat with her too!” I intervened. “Why do I feel like you guys ignore my existence? tsk."

Smiling at Seonwoo, I said, “Oh yeah, i'm sorry.” I looked at Won again. “How about Seonwoo? hmm?"

“Nevermind. We don't have practice today anyway. I'll eat with you guys."

“Jinjja? I would love that.”

So I ate with them cautiously. People were lookign at us especially those girls who admire Jungwon.
