We gathered at Yoona's private room. The doctor said that her brain is just tired from the sudden flashbacks of her memories.

Having a traumatic amnesia is kinda acceptable than other types of it. Traumatic amnesia is usually cause from a head injuries of some sort.

You can be diagnosed to a coma or just consciousness based on how severe the injury is. As for Yoona she had only a mild a head injury..

..and just state in a coma for about a week stated by Yoongi hyung. But it affect her retrograde memory where she can't remember her...

..memories before the incident, thus, after the accident was her only memory that is intact. The only person she sees after the incident..

..were the only one she remembers, and that person is Yoongi hyung.

I still can't believe, after all Jimin's hardships from Y/N's dead she's just here not remembering anything.
