I'm on a diet haha

As the title says, I'm on a diet.

I started it around the beginning of last year and it's been going on for quite some time and I've lost 7kg.

Around the end of last year, I gained 8kg again.

I'm gaining weight again..

I drastically reduced my carbohydrate intake.

My orthostatic hypotension is getting worse and I have a headache.

I need to eat some carbs...

Currently 4kg weight loss... haha
