The police officer in charge of the investigation informed Jonghyun that they needed to follow through with the ransom demands as quickly as possible in order to avoid any harm to come to Key! Of course, Jonghyun assured the police officer that Key’s family would be more than willing to cooperate in order to have their son returned to them unharmed! In fact, Key’s parents had already transferred a great sum of money to Jonghyun’s bank account before the police officer spoke to him. Unfortunately, Key’s parents were away overseas on a business trip so they couldn’t return back until the next day. But they knew they could trust Jonghyun to take care of Key!
Before the end of the day, the ransom drop off location was given and the ransom money was ready! Jonghyun waited in a unmarked police officer’s car while the drop off was being made. Moments later the same non-plated black car stopped at the drop off point to grab the money and at the same time Key still with the black covering over his head was pushed out of the car onto the ground. As the black car sped off, two non-uniformed police officers nearby the drop off point quickly went to Key’s aid. Also, Jonghyun couldn’t wait any longer as he saw Key lying on the ground he jumped out of the officer’s car to run to Key. By now Key was standing up and the police officer was taking the covering off Key’s head when Jonghyun grabbed Key to look at him and hugged him with tears of relief and joy. A classic moment to behold - Jonghyun hugging Key!
