CHAPTER 12

THE NEXT MORNING:
Sojin's P.O.V:

Today I thought I should apologize to Jin for yesterday.

But when I reached his dorm, he wasn't there. Weird. I decide to text him but I see that his phone is on his table.

Okay this is serious, he doesn't go ANYWHERE without his phone. Like literally.

Wait, unless.....

Chaeyoung's door is open. I peek inside and my blood boils at what I see. 

Jin. With Chaeyoung. Sleeping on his chest. And Jin's arm around her.

Right then, I wanted to DESTROY everything.

Suddenly Jin jolts up and stares at me. He blinks then gets up and comes outside.

"I can explain," he sighs. 

"Well you better have a good explaination!" I exclaim angrily.

Jin rolls his eyes and explains. Chaeyoung's past blah blah blah. Chaeyoung this and Chaeyoung that.

But when he reached the part of her mom's death, I froze. 

Jin stares at me then shakes his head. "I hate to say this, but you've changed, Sojin. And I hate it." He says and walks away.

I have to stop this. Before he finds out. I won't let this happen to me again.

Chaeyoung's P.O.V:

When I woke up, Jin was already gone. There was a note beside me that said;

"Hey, Chae. Sorry that I had to go. I didn't wake you up because I thought you might not be feeling that well after last night so I let you sleep. Again, I'm really sorry about the things you told me. I hope you will overcome your past and I would be happy to help you in any way possible.

Love, Jin."

I am really touched that he left an explanation note. I smile at his cuteness.

Then I get up and change when there is a loud knock on my door.

"Coming~" I call as I finish brushing my hair. I open the door and Sojin is standing there with her arms crossed. She is looking at me in a very peculiar way. 

"Uh....hey Sojin, What's-" before I can finish, she grabs me by the shoulders and slams me into the wall which causes my head to hit. 

"Ouch! Sojin what-" 

She slaps me hard across the face. 

"WHAT THE HELL, SOJIN?!" I shout at her. She pulls my hair, making me scream in pain. 

"I hate you, I HATE YOU!" she screams at me. "FIRST YOU STOLE JAMES FROM ME AND NOW YOU WANT JIN?! WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH YOU?! YOU SHOULD BE DEAD!!" 

"What're you TALKING about?!" I scream back. 

She smirks at me. "I loved James. But he chose YOU. Over ME! Why? Why does everyone care about you? You should be dead but your mom got in the way! Now even JIN is caring for you! What does everyone SEE in you?!"

There is silence and only our breaths can be heard. 

"It was you," I whisper. "YOU! YOU KILLED HER! HOW COULD YOU?! WHY, SOJIN?! I TRUSTED YOU!"

She snarls. "I wanted to kill YOU! For REVENGE. For JAMES. YOU caused his death. YOU! I wanted to kill YOU! But your mom-" Footsteps could be heard coming our way.

Suddenly Sojin slaps herself hard a few times.

"What are you-" I begin but I look at the position we are in. Sojin is under me and my arm is raised as if I were about to slap her.

Before I can act, Jin and Yeonjun come running and Jin is standing at my door with Yeonjun, both panting.

"Jin, help me!" Sojin cries. Jin growls and pushes me away causing me to fall. AGAIN.

He helps Sojin up who pretends to faint in his arms but actually she is just pretending and smirking at me. Jin grits his teeth and glares daggers at me. "I can't BELIEVE you did this to her, Chaeyoung! What has she even DONE to you?! HUH?!" He shouts and I stand up. 

"Jin no, that's not-"

"YOU'RE A PHYSO, JEON CHAEYOUNG!" He shouts and shoves me to the ground.

And everything goes black.
