Le premier amour de Key 🎶

Key’s parents send their apologies to Key for not making it back for his birthday.  Key was not surprised.  But they still sent Key another text message saying, “We love you son!”.  And lastly they asked that he must be present at the next board meeting on the last day of the month.  

Key knew this meeting would be the announcement by his parents for him to takeover the family business and that he would be expected to start from the bottom just as his parents had.  His parents had worked hard in every role in the hotel business before they became hotel managers and then they went into partnership with several luxury hotel brands from around the world which then contributed to their wealth in their early days. And as they played their cards right back then they actually sold a lot of their shares before the recession hit in the early 1970s and so they took advantage of the extra cash they had at their disposal to buy shares and stocks.  As a result, Key’s parents became mega rich and so Key has never known what it is like to be without or poor! 

Key though woke up to himself that he been living aimlessly recently.  And it took meeting Baby to wake him up!  So he texted his parents back saying he loved them both and that he was very sorry to disappoint them because now he wanted to pursue his long lost first love — music!  Key’s parents immediately called him and Key answered their call.  To say the least Key’s parents were not happy with Keys decision and they were demanding that he had to come to the next board meeting.  Finally, at the end of the call his parents threatened to cut him off from their financial support if he didn’t show up for the meeting at the end of the month!  However, Key was not dismayed by his parent’s response.  In fact, he was finally happy to have told them that he was going to be pursuing a career in music.  He hoped that they would support his choice and then later he  promised that he would help them with the family business.  But not until he first pursued a career in music!  Upon hearing their son’s plea for support for his love of music and his promise to then help with the family business they then happily agreed!
