A few days have passed and Key is feeling a lot better after his kidnapping. Jonghyun and Taemin have been keeping a close eye on Key by staying in the bungalow next to the family pool at Key’s family mansion.
Key appears before them both while they are sitting in the main living room which overlooks the pool. Key is dressed in a cool pink coloured suit ready to attend a charity fundraising fashion show in less than an hour. Jonghyun is not surprisingly concerned that Key is going out and alone that he insists on going with Key. But Key declines his wish and says it’s important that he attend in order to show he is not in fear for his life anymore. Then as he turns to leave, Key assures them that he’ll be okay and for them to meet up with him at Gangnam in 2 hours.
They both are not overly happy but they show their support by agreeing with Key that they will meet him in Gangnam as he said. Key leaves them to attend the fashion show.
After the fashion show ends as promised Key is leaving to Gangnam in his Ferrari.
Jonghyun and Taemin are waiting at their spot by the sculpture in Gangnam. Key appears before them and they walk over to a cafe nearby to sit and chat as they would by habit. Jonghyun informed Key that Onew and Minho would also be coming but a little later as they were both working on set for a new K-drama series about to be screened by the end of this year.
Key smiled at them both and said, “Well my friends I have something important to tell you both”. Jonghyun couldn’t believe his ears that he said, “What?”. Taemin suddenly choked on the coffee he was just sipping and had to cough for a few moments. Jonghyun gave Taemin a couple of back slaps to help. “Ok bro spill”, said Jonghyun to Key. Key then went on to tell them how he was adamant that he was not taking over the family business because he had met someone when he, Taemin and Minho were on their trip together. Taemin looked at Key and said, “So you’re still in contact with the girl we met in China?”. Key nodded in agreement. Taemin smiled and said, “I was wondering about her, so when did you two last talk?”.
