I just want to add my personal opinion about the leadership with Jungwon.
So personally I am thrillef and very positive with this choice. There are several reasons to this.
First of all I like leaders to be the outgoing types - with an introvert lrader you will often feel they are not telling the whole story - you feel they hide something and this can make people nervous and uncertain. I am not saying that would happen here. But still the outgoing leaders will always have my preference.
Secondly I like that he isnt the oldest member because this could give off too much respect and authoraty.
I could go on and on - but I will end this by sayng : Jungwon ! I know you will do a great job as leader - I have no doubt you are the very best choice they could make - so -
