The single fact that she mention them as a copy and attacked them so many times is ground for difamation since you can sue on ground of damaging ones name even if the things said are proven "true" but considering she accused them for having black long Korean hair, dance moves that have been used by other artists in the past (jeans and western artists) and other things, they do have ground for difamation, since the use enters in the same "inspiration" ground she used with jeans
