I have asked their manager earlier that I wanted to do a short briefing before starting the photoshoot as I want to inform them how I'm going to conduct my interview later as this is our first meeting. I want them to be comfortable all through the photoshoot and interview, so I'm doing my best to be as casual as I can but at the same time, still maintain professionalism.
Seeing them gathered around at the meeting room, made my heart beating fast. Please Yoori, calm down....you can do this. They look even more stunning, when I see them right in front of my eyes, though their still on their mask. I bowed down, greet them and introduce myself.
"Hello everyone. Nice to meet you guys in person. My name is Lee Yoori. I'm the representative from our company, as well as the one who will going to interview you guys later. I'm so happy and excited to be here today, as I will be interviewing the most popular Idol group on earth. Thank you for choosing us to publish your stories. I promise and will make sure, I'm not going to miss any part of your stories and your point of view of whatever possible question that I will ask you guys later. For a start, I'm going to give out a questionnaire for each one of you to answer, this will also going to be publish. You can just write down your answer, please don't forget to write your name on the paper. I'm sorry, this might be new to you guys, as maybe you experience different kind of interview with us, but this is how I will do my interview. This will shorten our time of interview as I do understand, you guys have a very tight schedule. Basically, this questionnaire is all about yourself, your personal view of yourself. You can do this, while waiting for the individual photoshoot later, no worries. So, in the interview later I will only ask about your songs, your new album, your future plan and so on. No more personal question."
After explaining a little bit on how I'm going to do the interview, I then ask them whether they have any questions. All of them seem happy and satisfied with the way I will conduct the interview, most importantly they didn't feel burdened by the way I conduct the interview. I'm happy, everything is okay so far. I really did make an effort to get this done perfectly. I don't accept failure, blame it on me, who always wants perfection.
"Okay. So, that's it and you can proceed with your makeup, hair and outfits to be done. Whoever is ready with their makeup and outfits, just go straight to the set, we will proceed with the individual photoshoot. Thank you once again guys, really appreciate it."
I bowed down once again, and waiting for all of them to leave and went to the makeup room, without me realizing it, someone is watching me.
