或許就是你。

Min Yoongi

I'm taking my day off today. I had informed my agency that I'm going back to Daegu to celebrate the birthday of my father. Since we returned to Korea 8 years ago, my family went back to our hometown and started a business by opening a restaurant that serves western-sytle food and the response from the public has been very encouraging.

The restaurant is self-managing by my parents and my older brother is the main chef. As for myself, upon returning from the US 8 years ago, I continued to look for a job in Seoul in the field of music production. Whereby, I finally debuted as a member of an idol group. Even as an idol I am happy because I can still do what I love the most which is composing and produced our own songs.

I returned to my hometown by train which took approximately about 2 hours. Arriving at the train station, my brother was already waiting. We stopped briefly at a supermarket to buy something and then went home. Eomma is in the kitchen, busy preparing ingredients to cook for dinner later to celebrate Appa's birthday. Appa is at his brothers house, visiting and only be back before dinner.

Since the day was still early, I took the opportunity to patrol around the village first by borrowing my brother's car. I am very happy and proud to see big changes in this area, around of my hometown. Then I  remembered by my old school while in highschool. I wondered how was the school after not seeing it for years.

I went there and entered the school grounds .I was very surprised to see big changes in this school. I went deep inside and went somewhere, to a place that keeps a lot of memories for me. I went to the building where, there is a basketball court. This place reminded me of someone very close to me. We were always together in doing school assignments and she also accompanied me, when I'm doing my basketball practice. At this place, I told her that I had to move to the US, following my family because of my father's job and at this place too, I met her for the last time.

"Yoori, where are you? How have you been? I apologize for not writing to you. I lost your address when my family and I moved to another town."

I sat there, meditating for a moment. I really missed those good old days. I really hope to meet her one day. I didn't realize time was running quite fast, I feel like I've been here for a long time. I'd better go home now before eomma looking for me.
