Earn 900 voting tickets by adding 50 friends on each of your Fanplus accounts. You can easily find friends by advertising on the SHINee board. Make sure to send and receive tickets before 10PM KST (Korea time) or tickets will be lost for that day. Fanplus periodically offers 4x per friend tickets for extra tickets.
