Park Seo-joon: "I thought about quitting acting due to severe burnout during 'Itaewon Class'... My mental and physical condition were all broken" [Comprehensive]

Actor Park Seo-joon was planning to retire. He revealed his hidden feelings, saying that he suffered from severe burnout during the broadcast of 'Itaewon Class'. Park Seo-joon recalled the time, saying, "The emptiness built up and built up to the point where it caused problems with my mental and physical condition."

On the 24th, a video was uploaded on Netflix Korea channel with the title, “Is this Taesang or Hojae? I’m not here to promote ‘Gyeongseong Creature’ Season 2,” featuring Park Seo-joon as a guest.

Park Seo-joon, who met with fans through a fan meeting held in August for the first time in 7 years, said, “It’s been a while since I’ve had a fan meeting, so I put a lot of effort into it. The theme of this fan meeting was time, and I wanted to look back on my past and show my fans my time,” and “We talked about things we can’t talk about in public and even filmed a video together.”

I'm glad you didn't quit and showed us good acting.

번아웃 오면 너무 힘들죠. 공백이커지면 다시 복귀하기 쉽지 않은점이 일을 쉬기 힘든 가장 큰 이유인거 같아요.
