Fear

"El miedo" means "fear" in Spanish. The author, personally fond of Spanish, chose to write the title in Spanish rather than English. The story centers on a terminally ill female protagonist and the man who guards her, Jungkook. They were passionately in love. However, the story delves into the parallel experiences of sadness and joy that arise when the female protagonist, who had been in poor health, is suddenly diagnosed with a terminal illness.
