The name of the woman that Jeongguk mistook was Goul Yeo, Aritaul Won, Yeo-won.
Eunuch Heo spoke the two characters, Yeo-won, emphasizing each character to Jeong-guk. Eunuch Heo also looked surprised. Needless to say, her appearance was identical to that of the Crown Princess, and even her name had the same meaning. Since they were the same names, it couldn't be otherwise.

Jeongguk left his room and started running, then went into a small building in the corner of the palace and shouted. Won-ah, Won-ah! Where are you? The time was 11 o’clock in the evening. At Jeongguk’s loud voice, the sleeping female doctors’ eyes widened.

"Won, I'm looking for Yeo-won. Is she not here?"
At a female doctor's question, Jeong-guk looked around and gave Won-i's name. Yeo-won slowly walked up to Jeong-guk and spoke. "Are you looking for me?"
