ARDENT LOVE

I had planned to go out with the guys after class, but they were a bunch of weaklings who let their girlfriends walk all over them. The truth is, relationships had never mattered to me, so I didn’t get why, even though they thought they were alpha males, they let themselves be manipulated. Anyway, I was already horny and bored enough to stay home just because some idiots didn’t feel like going out.

I spent more than half an hour looking for clubs until I found the best one. I already knew almost all of them; they were boring, had nothing interesting, and I’d already slept with most of the omegas. Or so I thought until I found one, one called Hot Bunnies, as hot as I felt at that moment, and exactly what I needed. To be honest, I wasn’t that interested, since most of these places just have flashy names but are total crap. Still, after seeing its good rating, I dared to go.

After getting ready and crossing half the city just to find the club, I arrived. From the outside, the place was huge; inside, it was perfect, absolutely perfect. Naked omegas were dancing in cages hanging from the ceiling. That was exactly what my eyes needed. The whole place had a bunny aesthetic: masks, costumes, everything a pervert would want to see. I sat at a table and ordered a drink while watching the dancers. Everything was going great until my eyes landed on a very familiar figure. At first, I laughed, thinking I was hallucinating, but I got dizzy when I realized it was real.

He.
My enemy.
My stupid nerd.
My greatest torment.
And he, the guy I’d bullied since childhood for being a nerd, was up on the bar, shaking his ass for a bald man.

This is fucking insane.

PAST

Tae and I never got along. It wasn’t because we were friends who had fallen out, no. It was simply “never.” We always hated each other. My mother was his godmother, his mother’s best friend and neighbor, so unfortunately we were almost always at his house. He was always perfect and I was always the bad one, which always ended in comparisons.

Why can’t you be more like Tae?
Tae got better grades.
Tae isn’t a bad boy.
Tae is well-behaved.

And hearing that annoying name so much, I ended up hating THAT DAMN TAE to the point of making him my favorite victim. He always called me bunny teeth, and I always called him bear face, not because he was cute—he wasn’t, of course not.

“Hey, Jungkook, the teacher says you can be in a group with me,” he said one day after ending up alone.

--Before answering, I looked at my other options; there were many, but I didn’t want to miss the chance to provoke him up close. --All right.

That day we went to his house. I remember his mother wasn’t there, and the bastard was wearing tight clothes that showed off his dick, well, you know. But not the kind that bites. A big, round peach that pissed me off even more for how provocative and delicious it looked.

--Jungkook, do you want something to drink?

—No.

—And something to eat?

—I don’t want anything. Stop bothering me. I didn’t come to eat; I came to work. Don’t waste time, let’s do it.

Tae was never rude to me, never. Even though I hit him, he was still a sweet, shy, polite, responsible boy.

He had no social media.
He had no friends.
He didn’t do anything bad.
All because of his shyness.

NOW

I was shocked and fascinated at the same time, not because I was turned on, of course not; who could get turned on by that? What I did was even better. I took out my phone and snapped several pictures where his peach could clearly be seen. Not just that, obviously, but also his face and his body dressed like a naughty little bunny.

I spent the whole night anxiously waiting for dawn, and when I got to school, there he was, that bastard, with his goody-two-shoes face, his little glasses, and his equally neat clothes.

I look at him and walk up.

--Until tonight? --I whispered in his ear.

He looked at me offensively.

--Sorry?

--Until tonight, though I suppose you’ll let me have it for free--he smiled slyly and showed him the photo.
