:: The end point and the starting point
And then we arrived at Incheon Airport. We were so busy and running around with no time to spare, I laid my head back, exhausted, as soon as I boarded the plane. I hadn't been on a plane since I was a kid, and it had been so long since I'd been on one, so I snapped photos of the fluffy cloud-filled sky and chatted with my brother.
Above all, because it was business class, with its separate compartments, I could act freely without being watched. And in the midst of all that, we even kissed... of course. Even though my seat was separated from the others, I felt like I was being too pushy, so I glanced over and tilted my head to the side. My brother drew the small curtain on the partition and turned my head back towards him.

"Why, what's the problem? There's no one to bother you."
"No... If your affection is too much, we'll be in trouble."
"It's okay, I can't hear you from there."
I knew this would happen. Fortunately, I was still wearing my seatbelt, so I didn't have to move. If I had been in the unimaginable first class, I would have already left my seat and stayed right next to you. The five-hour ride was tiring, but my brother kept talking tirelessly, interspersing kisses with endless kisses. If I were to estimate his stamina in years, I'd say he's probably in his early twenties.
"If anyone saw us, they'd think we were plotting something."
"It's better to have a kiss than to have a conspiracy."
"···It's not fun."
I shouldn't have said that then. "Then why don't we try?" I said, pulling my body almost closer to his. Just as we were kissing nonstop, the curtain suddenly swung open.

"What, what···!"
"I need to decide on an in-flight meal. Would you like steak or fish gas?"
"Ah... I'll have steak."
Yes, thank you for your answer. As the flight attendant passed by, my brother grumbled, saying the mood had been ruined. Our Popodol was really upset. While I giggled, my brother stuck out his mouth like a duck and slammed the curtains shut again.
"Then let's start again." As soon as he finished speaking, my brother suddenly came towards me, but this time he jerked his head back and begged me to stop. Then he became completely sullen, slumped down like a dead puppy, and sat up straight again.
"You, I'll see you later when I get down. Two thousand kisses."
"······."
I pretended like nothing happened, but it was actually a little scary.

After a full five hours, we finally arrived in Boracay. Perhaps because the flight had been quite long since the wedding, the sun was already setting. I tried to spend some time outside, but I was already too tired, so I rented a car and headed straight to the hotel.
"Wow... the sea is really pretty."

"Shall we wake up tomorrow and go straight to the beach?"
"yes!"
The hotel I was staying at for a week was also close to the ocean, so the entire drive there was a beautiful, endless ocean view. Before I knew it, I'd arrived at the hotel. After unpacking lightly, I decided to just sleep in and have fun tomorrow, so I grabbed my toiletries from my suitcase and headed to my room.
"What are you trying to do?"
"I'm going to wash up. I think I sweated a lot."
"··· Ah. Uh."
Why did the seemingly trivial phrase "to wash" seem so strange today? Suddenly, the atmosphere felt a little awkward, so I coughed loudly and went into the bathroom.
As the hot water touched my body, all the accumulated fatigue melted away in an instant. I pressed the button next to the bathtub, and bubbles quickly rose up to my neck. I finished my bath, thinking, "A five-star hotel really is that good."

"Are you done washing?"
"··· yes."
"Come here, I'll dry your hair."
The vanity had a fairly large mirror with bright light bulbs on either side. Looking at the interior of my house, I'd thought this design would be cool, but the price was a bit high, so I gave up. My brother and I laughed, saying, "I should've done it anyway, even if it cost more."
After that, silence followed. Each time my hair dried, I felt a surge of tension. After I turned off the blow dryer and finished combing it, my heart began to pound. So... are we going to sleep together now? We'd lain in bed together before, but never slept together, so it was natural to be nervous.
"Wow... It's so soft... It's nice here..."
"If I had held it lower, it would have been a disaster."
“··· But why is there a mirror hanging from the ceiling?”
Oddly enough, only the ceiling on the side where the bed was was covered with a large mirror. A strange thought suddenly crossed my mind, and both my brother and I closed our mouths.

"··· If you can't sleep, lady,"
"good night!"
"······."
"Have a nice dream..."
Before my brother could say anything, I pulled the blanket over his head. He awkwardly said, "Uh, uh..." and turned off the stand light. He then lowered the blanket a bit and kissed my forehead.

"Wow, it's the sea!"
"Hey, go slowly!"
So the next day. Perhaps because we were so tired yesterday, we both woke up just before midnight. We were startled by the time we woke up, but thankfully, we woke up feeling refreshed.
The sea in Boracay was truly beautiful. I closed my eyes, lost in the sparkling emerald waves and enjoying the breeze. Meanwhile, my brother stopped by a café and handed me an Americano.

"Now it really feels like we're on our honeymoon."
"Yes, I would like to come back again even if it's not our honeymoon."
Later, when Hyunjin starts daycare and is around four years old? I thought it would be okay around then. What do you think? My brother burst out laughing at my words and said that I seemed to care more about the kids than he did.
"That's right, Yejin decided to go buy a gift! Should we go now?"
"Okay. Let's buy it first and then play."
Although we hadn't been at the beach for long, Yeojin took a quick drive around the beach to buy some gifts. We stumbled upon a souvenir shop, and I was amazed by the sheer number of unique local items I could find.
I wondered what Yejin might like. While searching, I found a cute, knitted doll wearing traditional Filipino clothing and a shell necklace. Thinking Yejin might like these, I picked them up and showed them to my brother.
"How about this? Do you think Yeojin will like it?"

"Is it okay? The shell necklace is really pretty."
"That's good, then let's calculate it with this."
"Actually, Yeojin would like whatever Yeoju chooses."
After paying for the doll and shell necklace, I took a few quick photos in the ocean, splashed around in the shallow water, and then diligently searched for a good restaurant. It was a bit of a walk from my current location, so I'd already finished my Americano and, fearing I might get thirsty, bought two glasses of mango juice from a vendor on the beach.
"Wow, this is really delicious. Oppa, try it."
"I'm driving, so please take my place."
"Ah, here it is. How is it? It's delicious!"
My brother's eyes widened in surprise and he slapped me. Of course, there were two cups and two straws, but since we were sharing, we ended up using the same straw. I only realized that later, but it felt good to be a married couple.

"What should I order? There are a lot of seafood dishes."
"ah···."
"That's right, Yeoju doesn't eat seafood. Then let's order something else."
We arrived at a local restaurant. Perhaps because it was located near the ocean, most of the dishes featured seafood. I tried to be considerate of my brother and order lobster, but for some reason, he searched the menu for another meat.
By the way, how did you know I don't eat seafood? You never told me. As I stared blankly at him, he said, "Oh," and began to explain. He said he found out the day after I bought him some abalone porridge when I was slightly sick.

"Jimin told me. You don't eat seafood, so why are you having abalone porridge?"
"······."
“If you didn’t like it, you should have told me. I didn’t even know that and gave you a refill of the abalone.”
"It's just... I liked you back then. It would have been nice if you had gotten a car, but what can I do?"

Even after returning home, the hazy atmosphere from earlier lingered. Perhaps that's why, even as we prepared to shower, something strange lingered between my brother and me. "I'll shower first and then come out." After the bathroom door closed, I covered my mouth, my face flushed red, and sat down.
"···Should I say this is the first time···?"
No matter who saw it, it seemed like today would never go by. Countless thoughts raced through my mind, but my brother, for some reason, seemed unfazed. He wasn't your average good-looking guy, so he must have dated a lot of women. And if that's the case... he must have done it at least once with every woman he met. Just the women I knew of my brother dated were all those bad women and his children's wives, and thinking about how many more... Ah, jealousy pounded in my head.
It might seem strange to say this is my first time at twenty-five. My first relationship as an adult was with Park Jimin, and the problem was that our relationship was too much like friends. We dated for three years and never touched each other, so nothing progressed beyond kissing. Yes, it's all Park Jimin's fault!

"Gown···."
"······."
"You're wearing clothes inside?"
As soon as I opened the bathroom door, a hazy mist enveloped me. My brother, too, seemed to have just washed up, his hair barely dry. When I asked if he was wearing clothes under his robe, he didn't respond. He simply fiddled with his hair, which was dripping wet.
"Hair... needs to be dried."
"My lady."
"··· yes?"
"Surely you didn't do that without thinking."
My ears immediately started to pound. My heart was pounding like crazy as my brother, who was sitting on the edge of the bed, pulled me closer by the waist.

"···Can I do that?"
"······."
"Huh? Lady."
My brother seemed a little impatient. This time, he nodded silently. Then, in an instant, he shifted his position and collapsed onto the bed, leaving me gasping for breath.
"If you don't like it, tell me."
"··· yes."
"I'll stop at any time."
Swoosh.
So, the strings of the gown came undone.

"Hmm···."
"Are you awake?"
"··· ah."
It was morning. I didn't even know how yesterday ended... All I could think of was my brother's face, which I'd occasionally glimpsed, and the two of us reflected in the mirror. He must have already been up, resting his chin on his side as he stared at me. Meanwhile, I could see his breathing slowly. Embarrassed, I covered my face with the blanket.

"Oh, I guess I overdid it yesterday after so long. My back hurts."
"··· Are you kidding me right now?"
"Oh, you're so cute, Yeoju. Why are you embarrassed?"
I sat up slightly, trying to get up, and there on the floor were the gown I'd last worn yesterday and my brother's clothes. "Oh, I must be crazy!" I thought, wrapping myself tightly in the blanket, startled again. Then, memories of last night left me unable to hold back any longer, and tears fell. I've never felt so embarrassed in my life...
“What, you cried yesterday too, why are you crying again now?”
"Sigh... Don't tease me, yo. Seriously, this... Ugh..."
Still, isn't this the day when my brother and I become a real couple? When I think back on it later, today will be nothing. Now, our real married life begins!
