Episode 30 - Christmas

It had already been 6 months since Taehyun and Yujeong got back together.

Two seasons had passed, but the two of them stayed the same.

 

 

“Brr… it’s cold. The weather keeps changing so suddenly.”

Taehyun tightly held Yujeong’s hands, which were trembling from the cold.

The two of them were spending time in the city on Taehyun’s day off.

“Anyway, Christmas is coming up soon… is there anything you want to do?”

“I just want to stay home and spend it with you. Isn’t that romantic?!? Well, you’re busy too, so it’d probably be hard…”

Maybe because it was so cold, a softer Taehyun looked at Yujeong with big eyes.

On Christmas morning, the two lovers woke up to carols playing from outside.

Yujeong came out to the living room, saw Taehyun’s carrot pajamas, and burst out laughing.

Yujeong’s eyes widened when she saw Taehyun with his ears all red.

The more Yujeong did that, the more bashful Taehyun became.

Yujeong washed and chopped the vegetables, and Taehyun stir-fried the rice with the vegetables Yujeong had cut, quickly finishing fried rice.

Yujeong pouted at Taehyun.

Then Taehyun flashed a grin, baring his fangs.

The two of them watched a movie, went for a walk in front of the house, and spent the holiday happily doing things together.

Before they knew it, the sky had turned red with the sunset.

The two of them sat cozily on the sofa under the same blanket, reminiscing about memories.

“This year felt really long and really short at the same time.”

“Me too. …Do you remember when we first met?”

“Yeah, you succeeded perfectly.

For some reason, it was like a dream—Yujeong’s best Christmas ever.
