Al, changing into his hospital gown, pictured this process in his mind. It was because of him that Tony and his team committed this near-criminal act... No, in fact, his very existence was already illegal...
Anyway, as Al lay down on the bed, a nurse came in, wondering if Tony's operation would go well and whether he would be able to wake up again, and feeling both thankful and worried.
"For the patient's stability, a sedative will be prescribed. It will be administered by injection. Is that okay?"
The injection the nurse brought was probably an anesthetic, not a sedative. Yet, the nurse, with a kind smile and voice, lied, seemingly oblivious to the situation. He wanted to turn everything upside down and yell at her, asking why she was lying to him. He wanted to scream that she knew he was going to die, but Al held back. Right now, he had to trust Tony and the others, and he couldn't embarrass them.
Just in a trembling voice
All I could say was "yes."
My arms started to tingle and I started to feel dizzy.
Even in the midst of all this, faces come to mind...

I thought I lost consciousness, but when I opened my eyes, everything around me was shining white and shimmering. And in front of me
There was an old man sitting there.
"Who are you, Grandpa? Where is this place?"
When Al asked, his grandfather smiled broadly.
"Don't you remember me? That's disappointing. I even let you have a fling with me~"
"?"
"You won't believe it, but I am God!"
'Oh my goodness, now I'm even on good terms with God.'
Al muttered.
