I sighed involuntarily. It must have been because I'd been working so long. I headed home, sipping my lukewarm Americano from exhaustion. After parking and heading upstairs, I checked my mailbox to see if I owed taxes, when I saw another letter. The letter had no sender, and there was no address. I didn't know what kind of idiot had done it, but upon seeing the contents on the way home, my thoughts changed.

Judging by the handwriting, it looks like it was written by a computer, making it difficult to guess who it is. Perhaps that's why I couldn't guess who it was, and I'm having trouble deciding whether or not to go out tomorrow.
The morning came early. Thanks to that, I stayed up all night worrying and almost overslept, and because I was sleepy, I decided not to go but to go. (Of course, just in case.) The evil spirit shook violently, as if it was writhing, and soon the house began to shake. Eventually, the evil spirit woke up, and I opened my eyes, ready to fight. And then I spoke as if I had no fear.
