Police cars and officers rushed in, and Namjoon, who was in Jungkook's grasp, was handed over to the police. Jungkook was groaning, clutching his arm as if it had been stimulated. I went over to him and expressed my concern, and he forced a smile at me. His arm was swollen and bruised, but the only way to describe it was that it was crushed.

We witnessed Namjoon being taken away in real time. Even as he was being taken away by the police, Namjoon refused to remain still. He pushed the officers away, insisting he would go alone. The officers sighed and simply released his arms.

As soon as his arms were free, Namjoon lunged at us with a chilling grin. Before I could even raise a hand, he rushed over, shoving me onto the pavement with his feet, not his handcuffed ones. His force sent me tumbling onto the pavement, and before I could even hear Jungkook's voice, I saw the truck approaching.

I had to avoid it. I knew I'd die if I stayed here. But perhaps it was the overwhelming fear, or perhaps my feet were twisted, that kept me from moving. I finally smiled at Jeongguk, who was crying and screaming, and then met my end.

The final chapter, a melancholy one, was filled with the villain's laughter. Even though it was a sad ending, we were happy. It wasn't the ending I wanted, but in a way, it was the ending I wanted. Namjoon being caught and no more victims—that was the ending I wanted. Just as the villain's face may have a smile on it, but his eyes seem to be filled with tears, ours may seem to have tears in them, but in fact, laughter is hanging in them.

So, Fake Love has finally come to an end. You might think it's a bit of a sudden turn of events, but from the very beginning of this story, I knew I had to kill off one of the main characters!
