Humans traying to explain things that they don't understand, we call every individual as they are, wolf, spider, bird... That's why a exam exist to know what you are born with.. if you have nothing but your own existence, well... you can be human or animal, maybe a vegetable.
Jungkook was born as a dragon like some of the boys in the seven families, that only means two things... that something really dangerous will happen and they need all that magic or that they are going to have a dragon mate... but all of them until now have been born male... well, shouldn't be a problem the magic water would be of help but at least once a creature needs a female as much as a male to merge into new life, even if it is difficult to have descendants.
