Today, the sun is shining brightly, and it is the day to go on a retreat to the valley with the butlers.
"Miss, isn't the water here really clear?"
"It's vacation!"
As soon as Jimin and Yoongi get out of the car, they take a deep breath of fresh air.
“Namjoon, let’s set up the tent.”
As Seokjin comes out carrying the tent, Namjoon helps him move the tent equipment.
"Miss, did you put on sunscreen?"
As I got out of the car wearing a pure white one-piece dress and straw hat, Taehyung approached me holding sunscreen.
"No, I didn't apply it."
Taehyung immediately squeezes out some sunscreen and applies it to my cheeks, forehead, and chin.
"Young lady, you must always apply sunscreen. You must protect your snow-white skin at all costs!"
Taehyung evenly spread sunscreen on my face. I was somehow aware of Taehyung's eyes, fixed firmly on me.
"Did Taehyung apply it?"
"I'm fine."
Taehyung always puts me first, you know. I snatched the sunscreen from his hand.
"Taehyung, come here."
"yes?"
"Come here!"
Taehyung, at my word, came closer to me and stood. I began to spread sunscreen on his face, just as he had done to me. Taehyung looked down at me, trying to remember something. The scene that had caused him such frustration flashed through his mind.
'It's strange. It's a dream, but it's so gentle.'
"Dreams are evolving day by day. The Republic of Korea is developing!"
'It's against the rules to smile so prettily.'
Taehyung felt like he'd been hit in the back of the head with a blunt object. It definitely wasn't a dream, but it was a dream he found hard to believe was actually happening.
"I don't have a fever. No, do you have a slight fever?"
"yes?"
"Taehyung, your face is red right now."
"It's okay, miss. I'm okay."
I simply measured Taehyung's temperature with my hand, but Taehyung seemed so embarrassed that he slowly backed away. Eventually, Taehyung tripped over the bucket placed right behind him and fell.
"Kim Taehyung, are you okay? Seriously, why are you like this?"
I approached Taehyung, who had fallen, and asked him about his condition, but he just stared at me blankly.
"Kim Taehyung, where does it really hurt?"
Jimin also lowered his body to check on Taehyung because he was acting strange, but Taehyung only then came to his senses and pushed Jimin's head away and got up from his seat.
'Yeah. It's probably just a dream. Just a dream I have because I like you so much.'
Taehyung repeated to himself several times that the memories he had recalled were probably dreams, and then regained his composure.
.
.
"The water play has begun!"
"Kiyaho!"
The water play began as Jungkook and Taehyung threw themselves into the valley at the same time.
"It's cold."
I happily looked at Taehyung and Jungkook, who were busy splashing each other with water and wiping away the water that had splashed up from their mouths.
"Min Yoongi. Why aren't you going in?"
Thanks to Jimin and Namjoon, who were slyly grinning at Yoongi and pushing him towards the valley, Yoongi and I ended up falling into the water. Unable to swim, I struggled in the water, gasping for breath.
"Save me!"
Someone's arms embraced me as I sank, surrounded by nothing. At the same time, my body floated to the surface.
"Are you okay, miss?"
I saw Jungkook, his eyes wide with surprise, his wet black hair staring up at me. Somehow, I ended up drenched in water, still in Jungkook's embrace. If I were on land, I would have quickly fled from him, but underwater, with nowhere to put my feet, I was terrified. Instead, I had no choice but to cling to Jungkook.
"Min Yoongi! Are you trying to kill our young lady?"
"That's it. Miss, I'm sorry."
Yoon-gi was also being chased, but somehow he ended up becoming a criminal.
"Now that it's come to this, hyung, you should stay in the water!"
Yoongi couldn't get out of the valley with Jimin's screams.
.
.
"cold."
Perhaps it was the cold water, but perhaps it was the sheer shock that made me tremble like an aspen leaf. Jeongguk grabbed my waist and pulled me up onto a rock near the stream. Jeongguk quickly sat down beside me and checked my condition.
"Miss, please wait a moment."
Jungkook takes his coat from inside the car and covers it over my body.
"Are you very cold?"
"are you okay."
I tried to smile at Jeongguk with a pale face, but Jeongguk put his arm around my shoulder.
"Because your body temperature shouldn't drop."
Jungkook seems embarrassed, trying to look away. Perhaps thanks to Jungkook's consideration, my heart calms down.
.
.
Seokjin's grilled meat was golden brown and the sky was getting darker. Jimin and Yoongi were busy lighting fireworks, while Jungkook prepared various drinks and other beverages.
"thank you for this food."
The butlers sit huddled together like baby birds, clasping their hands together and greeting the meat brought by the mother bird, Seokjin.
"Miss, here you go! Ah!"
"You guys must be hungry after eating first."
"No. We get full just watching you eat."
Jimin offers me a piece of meat wrap and smiles innocently. I take the meat wrap he offers me and eat it. The butlers watch me enjoy the meat and smile happily.
"Now, let's have a toast to our promise to continue to serve our young lady diligently! Cheers!"
The butlers began pouring beer into glasses. Jungkook passed me some grape juice between the butlers.
"Miss, please have some grape juice."
"thank you."
"As servants serving the young lady, a cheers!"
The butlers downed their glasses in one gulp, and I followed suit, gulping down the grape juice. The butlers gulped down their wine as if it were their habit, and I followed suit.
"Oh, I'm going crazy. Is the grape juice bitter? Miss?"
"Yeah. Use it!"
"Our little girl is so cute, I'm melting."
Yoongi was so moved that he melted like sugar. I was captivated by the allure of grape juice and asked Jungkook for some. Jungkook gave it to me without a word.
"Here you go, miss."
Why is this grape juice so delicious? It tastes a bit bitter, but the sweet aroma of grapes lingers in my mouth. While I'm obsessed with grape juice, Seokjin's expression hardens when he sees the plastic bottle Jungkook is holding.
"Wait a minute, Jungkook. Did you give that to the girl?"
"Yeah. I gave it to you, but it wasn't grape juice?"
"I thought the wine was missing. It's wine, honey."
"What? Is this wine? Miss?"
"Huh? Is there something wrong with the grape juice?"
"Oh my god."
"Oh, Heaven. Are you giving me another chance to hear our Yun-gi?"
Jungkook realizes his mistake and looks despairing. Meanwhile, Yoongi's eyes sparkle with anticipation, wondering if the girl might say, "Our Yoongi."
"Miss, are you okay?"
Jungkook looks at me with worried eyes. What's wrong with that? Of course I'm fine.
"Why? Do I look sick?"
"No. That's not it. It's because what you drank was not grape juice, but wine."
"No. What I drank was grape juice."
"It's out. Grape juice song."
Jimin was watching me with an interested look.
"Jimin. It's grape juice!"
"That's right, grape juice. I was wrong, miss."
Jimin obediently wags his tail at me.
"Jungkook."
"yes?"
"Thank you so much for saving me from the water just now. You were like a prince from a fairy tale. Our Jungkook!"
"If I am a prince, then you are a princess?"
"Oh. Then since I'm a princess, Jungkook has to marry me."
Jeongguk, who had been quietly watching the young lady organizing her family tree, smiled brightly and extended his little finger to me.
"You promised to marry me, miss?"
"okay."
"I am against this marriage!"
"I'm the man who's going to marry you, miss!"
The moment I was about to link my pinky with Jungkook, Jimin protected Jungkook's pinky while Yoongi shouted against the marriage.
"Park Jimin! And then you break the glass?"
"No! I'm not ready to let you go."
As Seokjin feared, Jimin broke a glass that Seokjin treasured and was physically punished by Seokjin's mother.
.
.
After dinner, the butlers are busy cleaning up. I sit alone in the back of the car, stargazing. Perhaps because the air is clear, I can see a lot of stars.
"Miss, do you want to look at the stars?"
"It's Taehyung!"
"Young lady, you're really drunk."
"I didn't even drink, so why is everyone drunk?"
"Oh my, is that so, Miss?"
"Yeah, that's right."
As I rubbed my sleepy eyes and looked up at Taehyung, Taehyung hesitated to say something and then looked at me cautiously.
"Excuse me, miss."
"yes."
"Have I ever done anything to you, young lady?"
"Huh? What is that?"
Taehyung swallowed dry saliva without realizing it.
"So, I'm going to kiss the girl."
"ah!"
As I clapped my hands together as if remembering something, Taehyung watched me with a tense expression. I looked back at Taehyung and smiled faintly.
"Something like this?"
I gave Taehyung a light kiss on the lips, just like he had done to me. Taehyung's eyes widened reflexively.
"No way, Miss."
"Or is it this?"
I couldn't tell which of the two Taehyung was talking about, so I tried to continue, but I felt sleepy for some reason. I grabbed Taehyung's cheek, but I ended up leaning against his embrace and losing consciousness.
"Kim Taehyung. Seriously, what are you doing?"
The other person was the young lady he was serving, and he was surprised by the loudness of his own heartbeat. Taehyung gazed at the sleeping young lady in his arms with eyes filled with affection, then kissed her forehead.
"Miss, I'm sorry."
A deep sadness settles in Taehyung's eyes as he looks at the young lady.
