As Taehyung walked down the hallway on his way home from class at the academy, he encountered a woman he'd never seen before. He felt he couldn't just pass her by, but just as he was about to walk away, the woman accidentally bumped into him, knocking the envelope she was holding out of his hand.
“Oh, sorry.”
“No, I couldn’t avoid it.”
“… It’s my first time seeing your face. Who are you?”
“Should I say… I’m a transfer student?”
“I came here after studying superpowers through homeschooling.”
“Ah… how old are you?”
“I’m 22 years old.”
“What’s your name? What are your superpowers?”
“Yoo Seol, tell me about your superpowers first.”
Taehyung smiled faintly and, instead of saying anything, showed it to her. Seol-i was lifted into the air by Taehyung, and she smiled as if she understood.
“Psychokinesis, right?”
“I guess you studied hard for superpowers.”
“Yes, I worked really hard.”
“Then tell me Seol’s abilities too.”
Seol-i reached out her hand forcefully toward the wall, causing it to instantly freeze, then return to its original state. Tae-hyung looked at Seol-i with quite surprised eyes. Seol-i smiled leisurely, as if nothing had happened.
"ice…?"
“Ding, it’s the Water Master.”
“It’s the ability to use water… and it can even freeze it?”
“I’ve never seen someone with the ability to create ice while also having the ability to create water.”
“You… you’re using your abilities perfectly.”
“Of course, not just anyone can do it.”
“That’s amazing, even though I went to the academy, I can barely do it.”
“Thank you, what’s your name?”
“Taehyung, Kim Taehyung. I’m 24 years old.”
“I hope we can see each other again.”
“I’m going, see you next time!”
After that, Taehyung and Seol-i continued to encounter each other by chance, and they believed it wasn't coincidence, but fate. That chance encounter led to their romantic relationship.
No one would object to the love between two superpowered people, especially two superpowered people who perfectly wield their superpowers.
Chance guided them to fate, and fate guided them to love. They would love peacefully, without opposition or oppression, for the rest of their lives.
