Episode 1. Prologue (revised)

...On a drizzling rainy day, I was abandoned.

"..Woof, woof..!!"

"Grrr-..."

Please, take me with you..

I shout that, but no one can hear me, because I look like a puppy right now...

Ah, you ask what my name is? My name... Jung Hwi-in. I'm 24 in human years. Quite old, right?

Wheein can only return to being human if she meets a new owner and receives a kiss from them. But will she even be able to meet a human? Wheein escaped from her previous owner and settled in a deserted alley.

Wheein continued to wait for someone to take her away. Nights passed, then days, but no one passed by.

Then one day, a woman tried to pass in front of Wheein. Her attire wasn't particularly flashy; just a white T-shirt and jeans. It was simple. Since it was the first time someone had passed by, Wheein cried out loudly.

"Woof! Woof, woof!"

"Squeak-"

As she acted all cute and kept barking, she started to approach Wheein.

"..It's a puppy... Why are you here? Who abandoned you?"

"He's a really bad owner..."

Let's go to my house first.

Wheein felt like she wanted to go wild, wondering how long it had been since she had smelled the scent of a human.

And so, Wheein arrived at her house in her arms, ate the food she gave her, had her dirty body washed, wore the clothes she gave her... she gained so much. As she thought to herself, Wheein realized, "Ah, I think this person will be a master I can fully trust..."

"Who could have abandoned such a beautiful child..."

"You were really scared, weren't you? Come here."

You are truly a good person... Thank you, God and Buddha. Thanks to you, I think I met a good owner.

She lifted Wheein onto her bed and looked at her. Then she tried to kiss Wheein. The two kissed, and just then, Wheein went "Pop" and turned into a human. She was faced with a naked Wheein.

She had a very surprised expression. Then again, the very fact that a puppy turned into a human right before her eyes is surprising.

"W-what is this..!"

"You, you...who are you...?"

The puppy I knew was..."

It's me, that puppy...

"My name is Jung Hwi-in... I am 24..."

Jeong Hwi-in... Her name is Jeong Hwi-in... She is 24 years old... She is 2 years younger than me.

She, no, Jung Hwi-in, asked me my name.

My name is Moonbyul.
