Limited New Member Episode 2

I opened my eyes. When I opened them, I was sitting in a chair. I sat up, leaning against the chair, and stretched my arms upward.

Then, I heard a click and felt a strange coolness.

I put my arms down and sighed.

I stared blankly at the spot for a moment, then quickly came to my senses and glanced at the clock. It was four o'clock.

I jumped up from my chair in surprise. Then the chair moved backwards with a creaking sound.

I put it in the eco bag next to meI put my phone away with Gap. I quickly left the practice room and headed out to the office.

As I left the office, a cool, yet strangely chilly breeze blew past me. I approached the road in front of the office. Then, I saw a taxi approaching from a distance.

I waved my hand toward the taxi. It stopped in front of me. I pulled the handle and opened the door. After getting in, I asked the driver to take me to the hospital.

After I finished speaking to the knight, I took my earphones out of my bag and turned off my phone. I turned on a song and put the earphones in my ears. Then, the sound of the song rang in my ears.

I looked out the window next to me. Scenes whizzed past through the window. I stared out the window without thinking.

After about 20 minutes of just staring at it without a second thought, the car stopped and the driver looked at me.

I took out my earphones and listened to the driver. He said he had arrived. I looked at the fare displayed in front of me, took the appropriate amount out of my wallet, and gave it to the driver.

I opened the door, said thank you, and got out of the taxi.

After entering the hospital, I went to the counter. I checked in and sat down in the chair next to me. As soon as I sat down,

The nurse called me.

I got up again and approached the nurse. She told me to follow her. I followed her, and the doctor in the examination room greeted me. I smiled and sat down in the chair in front of me.

"Hey, heroine... how are you these days?"

"Oh, that's... Actually, I feel a bit dizzy and sometimes my head hurts like someone hit me with a hammer."

"... I guess it's because it's a disease that hasn't been discovered in our country yet, so there's nothing we can do... Let's just try to hold out with medicine for now."

"yes"

"And... you... have four months left..."

"....yes... "

To be honest, it hurt. It hurt so much. I almost cried. But I held it in.

I held back tears, thinking that if I shed them here, all the strength I'd built up would crumble in an instant. I said goodbye to the doctor and left the examination room.

As soon as I left the clinic, my legs were on the verge of giving out. I held it together. I walked with all my strength. Every step was incredibly tiring.

Still, I held on, somehow. I barely made it to the hospital gates. I left. As I left, I saw a taxi parked on the road. I ran.

I opened the taxi door. It clicked open. I got into the taxi and closed the door. I asked the driver to take me to the Pledis building.

The driver said he understood and the car started off. I just stared blankly out the window.

The scenery outside the window flashed by. All the strength in my body drained away. I couldn't muster any strength. I was scared. I was filled with fear.

I was dazed. The driver announced he'd arrived. I paid and got out. A chilly breeze greeted me as I stepped out of the taxi.

I entered the office building, blowing on my hand. The first place I headed was the CEO's office.

Standing in front of the CEO's office, I knocked on the door. There was a knock. The CEO told me to come in. I opened the door.

Then the CEO looked at me. I went to the sofa and sat down. The CEO frowned slightly and then spoke to me in a slightly sharp tone.

"I told you, no matter how much you hate it, there's nothing you can do."

"That's not what I came for."

"Then what's going on?"

"Representative..........."
