Now we fast forward back to 3 years after their first meeting each other in Shanghai to Baby getting a phone call from Jonghyun to meet him at his home. Baby answers, “Yes Jonghyun, has something happened, is Key okay?”.
Baby had been living in Seoul with her big brother Kai for the last 2 years. Her cousin Hyung Sik had offered her financial support to start her own fashion design school a little over 2 years ago and Baby could not decline. She and Hyung Sik signed a 7-year contract to help her financially and it would end after 7 years if her school was making a profit of 20% or more. If not she would have to pay back the profit lost.
As a result, Baby had moved back to Seoul to start her FASHION DESIGN SCHOOL. While Baby was working tirelessly to make the school a profitable success in Seoul. Key was also working tirelessly to make his family hotel business a profitable success in Hong Kong.
Jonghyun visited Key in Hong Kong each year to see how his best friend was coping on his own without family or friends. Jonghyun would try his best to cheer Key on but he always felt Key was not happy no matter how much he tried! So on the third year he asked Key if he missed Baby? Key answered, “Every day.”
Jonghyun decided he had to do something for Key. So he called Baby. He asked Baby to meet him at his home. When he heard her ask how Key was he then knew she still cared about Key.
Jonghyun admitted Key was sorely missing her everyday since he had gone to Hong Kong. Baby started to cry as she had sorely missed Key everyday as well. Jonghyun asked Baby a favor, that is, to attend Key’s welcome back party next month. Baby happily with tears in her eyes replied, “Yes”.
