" self-. "
I really hate this woman now, even more than that rotten senior. I thought there would never be anyone I hated more than my strict first-year high school science teacher. Or maybe she's that teacher's daughter.
What started out as nothing more than a rumor has now become a reality. Of course, they're not dating, having confessed and accepted each other's feelings. This seems to be a genuine business relationship, nothing more, nothing less.
I want to quickly kick this woman out of the seat next to me and put the heroine in her place. If it were her, I'd approach her first, whisper my love, and give her everything she wanted.
"Hey, this is your responsibility. You go quickly-."
"No.. but.. I told you.. "
"You're saying you won't do public things because of private matters? Let's separate public and private matters!"
It was noisy, but the voice in the middle of the conversation just sounded cute. The thought that it was the person I'd been waiting for made my eyes automatically open. The footsteps grew louder, and the scent that wafted in sync with them made me realize it was her.

" excuse me-. "
" blanket, "
"Hey! You don't have any clue! We're on a date, do you want to keep making me mad!?"
I don't know if she doesn't understand the concept of being tactless, or if she doesn't have one at all. It's obvious she's approaching me to ask about something related to the assignment. And that look in her eyes, that hurt look. She's so weak, she's the problem, and that's why I want to protect her even more. Of course, I know full well that I'm not suited to be by her side. But I want to protect her no matter what.
And I may seem like a very selfish person, but I wish I could be the one protecting her, and I wish the seat next to her was mine.

"Okay, what did you come to ask?"
" .. Ah,.. So this time the assignment.. "
As expected, she came to ask about the team project. If anyone else was angry, it might be a little embarrassing, but she didn't have any of that. She glared at Yeo-ju, as if telling her to hurry up and get out of here. Yeo-ju spoke as if nothing had happened, but you could tell her words were trembling and she was wary of others.

"Haa... Hey, you go"
"Yeah, aren't you going quickly?"
Ugh, my head hurts again. How many times has this happened? It's so exaggerated and so reckless. You said it to me, and now you're grabbing it and throwing it at the female lead.
" you,.. "
"I'm sorry. I just came to ask you a question, but I interrupted your date."
This was the first time she'd spoken to me in such a sharp tone. That made me even more confused about what to do. She'd always been gentle and charming, but now she was icy and stern. I'd gotten away with it with other women, but I could never treat her that way.
I wanted to clear up any misunderstandings by going over each and every mistake I made, at least with her. So, I wanted to repair our relationship and see it grow further.
I wanted to hold on to her as she turned away, just like back then, but my body wouldn't move. If back then I wasn't confident I wouldn't hurt her again, now it was her, not another woman.
