Someone else's oversleeping became my boyfriend's oversleeping.

EP 1. What Happened at Hwayangjeon

This place is brimming with the energy of energetic college students. Purple and violet-hued garb dominate the food stalls and food trucks, and even the stands are packed to the brim with people. This is Mokdong Baseball Stadium, where the upcoming Hwayang match will take place. While there's a friendly match between K University and Y University, the Hwayang match between Hwayang University and Yanghwa University, considered the country's second-best universities, is equally as popular.

The two universities had similar domestic rankings, locations, and even names, but no matter what anyone says, what fueled the rivalry between the two was the color of their uniforms. Hwayeon University's was purple, and Yanghwa University's was violet. These colors were so similar that one might suspect that the principals had matched them, and the bond between the schools had long since been shattered.

Perhaps that is why the students who participated in the Hwayang Festival, held for the first time this year, were possessed by the passion to "beat them in the cheerleading match no matter what."

"Wow... there are so many people."

“If I do it wrong, I’ll get lost?”

A person walked into the stands, tightly fastened in a purple school uniform. This student, who had made her way through the crowd of violets and settled in the purple zone, was Kim Yeo-ju of Hwayeon University. According to rumors, she had received over 10 school numberings since entering the school. Her grades were enough to make her famous, as she survived the extremely rigorous assignments and tests that would have left most students without a trace.

Meanwhile, there was another celebrity sitting next to her.

"What, you're here? You said you didn't like noise so you weren't coming?"

"I just came because I was bored. I had nothing to do."

"It always feels so natural when you take it out. Sit down, kid."

This student, located at the edge of the Violet Zone, is Kim Seok-jin of Yonsei University. He beat odds of 613:1 to be accepted through the academic selection process and ultimately received a scholarship, becoming the subject of much gossip. His good looks, coupled with his grades, earned him the nickname "top of the class." He pioneered the phrase "God is unbalanced." Within the department, he enjoys idol-level popularity and even has a fandom.

The mere appearance of these two had already stirred the audience. The ubiquitous amateur novelists were already linking them together, vicariously satisfying the desire for the CC that would never come to them. Of course, that was understandable. With their impressive looks and outstanding grades, they were the epitome of a perfect match. How could they not date? The only drawback was that they weren't from the same school? That was the only drawback that put a brake on the excitement of the students of Hwayeon University and Yanghwa University, who were known for their school pride.

Before I knew it, the crowd had become even more packed, and just when I was about to suffocate, the cheering match everyone had been waiting for began. The students, one by one, held each other's shoulders, formed a circle, and swayed their bodies to their hearts' content.

"Whoa!!! Man, I'm dizzy!!!"

"Be quiet, just shake it!!!"

"Oh my gosh, Kim Yeo-ju is crazy!!!ㅋㅋㅋㅋ"

Yeoju, among them, was the most energetic and thoroughly enjoyed the cheering atmosphere. At first glance, she might seem to dislike crowded, noisy places, but Yeoju, who is more energetic than anyone else, has long since abandoned that image. They enjoyed the festival to the point of tinnitus until the cheering song ended.

After several storms, the cheering match came to a close, and the 2022 Hwayang Festival drew to a close. The once-packed stands had already darkened, leaving only a few people clearing their places. Yeoju was one of them. The heat of the festival had overwhelmed her, and she was wandering around, unable to see the pajamas she'd taken off.

"Kim Yeo-ju, come quickly!! Let's go drink!!!"

"Wait a minute, my sleep is gone!!!"

The female protagonist, who was feeling anxious, started searching the surroundings thoroughly. Unfortunately, the utility pole was broken and kept blinking, so she had no choice but to rely on the flashlight of her cell phone to find Gwajam.

"Ah, here it is! I found it!!"

Fortunately, the heroine, who quickly found her way back to sleep, returned to her friends, and a man came to the place where she had left.

"Hey, isn't it there either?"

"...Yeah. There isn't any."

It was clear he was a student, probably searching for his lost sleep, just like Yeoju. He shook his head, sighed softly, and began searching everywhere he could find. He even peered into the grass, and was about to contemplate ordering another. Before he knew it, the sun had set, and the concert hall was deserted except for his friends.

"Hey, if you don't have one, buy a new one!!!"

"How expensive is that!! Look it up!!!"

"Ugh, anyway, I'm going to use my hands a lot..."
"Oh, hey!!! I found it!!!"

A sack of sacks accidentally fell into the hands of one of his friends. Without a second thought, he picked it up without hesitation, as it was the only sack of sacks left in the vast concert hall.

"Is this mine?"

"There's only one of these around here, so it's got to be yours."

"Hmm... I see. Anyway, thank you."

"Okay, let's go have a drink. If we don't hurry, all the seats will be taken."

And so the 2022 Hwayangjeon was drawing to a close.

The next day, the female protagonist, who had been drinking heavily, blacked out to the point where she didn't even know how she got into her studio apartment. If it weren't for her friends sending her a taxi, she would have ended up sleeping in her owner's doghouse.

"Ah... my head..."

After gulping down cold water, pushing aside the headache that was mounting, she finally felt better. Barely coming to her senses, Yeo-ju hastily put on her clothes to order some hangover soup to go. She didn't want to leave her studio apartment, but the delivery fee was so high that delivery was a luxury for a poor college student.

The weather had become noticeably chilly, and Yeo-ju, feeling that she would be cold in short sleeves, bundled up in a hooded sweatshirt and even bundled up in a jacket just in case she felt the cold before leaving the house. However, the moment she left the house, she couldn't help but be shocked.

"Ugh... crazy..."
"Isn't this my oversleeping???"
