I had a dream. It was a really important dream, but I can't remember it. Was I in a hospital room? Maybe there was a doctor in front of me, with a serious expression on his face, talking about something.
‘It must just be a dream.’
I got out of bed and went into the kitchen.
“Taehyun, it was your turn on morning duty today.”
When my father saw me, he said,
"sorry."
“There’s a sandwich in the fridge, so be sure to eat it before you go.”
“Yes. Have a nice trip.”
When I answered, my father went out the door.
“What is it, Kang Tae-hyun, you didn’t forget the way today?”
When we arrived at the class, Choi Soo-bin said.
“Did I get lost yesterday and not come to school?”

I was gazing at the blue sky outside the window when the hospital room door opened. A girl who looked to be around elementary school age poked her head out through the gap. She was also wearing a patient gown. She must have been admitted recently. For a moment, our eyes met. Her face flushed.
“It hasn’t been that long since you were admitted to the hospital, has it?”
"ah.. yes.."
“Are you looking for a hospital room?”
“I remember it was on the second floor..”
“A single room?”
"yes..!"
“I think I know where it is. Follow me.”
So I went out into the hallway with the girl.
