Thousands of years ago, when fire was first discovered, four divine beings of still unknown origin visited primitive man, bestowing upon him gifts. Their mission was to care for the planet and life on it, for which only the strongest, not only physically but also mentally and spiritually, were ideal for that job.
The Chosen Ones, as they are called today, could control the four elements: fire, air, water, and earth. These powers could sometimes be a curse, as they posed a great danger to the preservation of life on Earth, even though they were given to protect it. In response to this, the deities granted them guides, the auttajia*, who were responsible for supporting the Chosen Ones in controlling their powers and guiding them on the right path.
But it wasn't all that easy, as generations passed and therefore the powers also passed from generation to generation. It was never certain that the Auttajia would be alongside the chosen ones; the percentage of being reborn with the chosen one was very small, but never zero. In history, these beings are always mentioned as legends, as most were anonymous, living their lives like anyone else and secretly watching over the planet. Others used their power for good and were recognized as heroes in their time. Sometimes, when the Auttajia was reborn in the same time and place as the chosen one, they were always there for them, and in very few cases, they formed their own families. But there were times when that power fell into the wrong hands. The ambition for power was greater, and they used that strength for evil. The only ones who could stop this were the deities or the Auttajia, who unfortunately were not there. After this, the chosen ones were not treated as elders, but as something that should never have existed. They were abandoned, humiliated, and exiled from society. That's why they always hid these gifts; the auttajia were beings of light for the chosen ones, because out of all the unjust society, they were the ones who always supported and comforted them, something like soulmates.

And now, having told all this, we focus on a 23-year-old boy, Jeon Jungkook. To most, he was a normal young man like any other, but very few knew what he really was. From childhood, he always excelled at everything, until that day when he went out to play with his friends and some troublemakers started bothering them. Angered, Jungkook began to emanate fire from his hands. This not only scared away the bullies but also his acquaintances.

He wanted to be an exemplary chosen one, to use his gift for good, so he researched and learned about the auttajia, but unfortunately, he never had one.
His family would always ask him— Hey, Koo, if you really are one of the chosen ones, where's your assistant?— this was getting tiring, it seemed as if they were programmed for it.
Jungkook, upon hearing this, remembered that he never had any guidance or support other than himself, so he always replied— I don't need an autistic, I never did, I was always my own help—.
For 5 years he searched tirelessly for his partner, but he never had any luck."Well, maybe having a friend was never for me."it repeated in his mind.
Auttajia: means helpers in Finnish. The auttajia know when there are chosen ones nearby; a twinge in the head is a sign that another auttajia is with them. When it is a chosen one, the twinge is felt in the chest.
