And I was thinking about taking off my glasses, but I thought, "I'm just meeting a friend, what kind of contact lenses are these?" and put them back deep in the drawer, saying I'll wear them when I get a boyfriend.

After I started college, I didn't have time to keep in touch with my high school friends, and since I'm an introvert, the only place I had friends was in the band. So, I didn't really choose not to go.
