This episode is written after listening to the song called Twin Constellations.
This is an adaptation of the song's story, so the content is very similar to the song. Please keep that in mind when reading.
I plan to write it in two parts.
After watching this episode, I also recommend going to listen to the song.
The characters' surnames will not be described in this story. Therefore, Min-hyun, Ji-hoon, and Woo-jin will appear as father and son. Please keep that in mind when watching.

Do you believe in fate?
The story I'm going to tell you today is a poignant tale of a hat created by fate.
The story will be told from my perspective and a third-person perspective.
I hope you read it carefully.
So, today's story
Let's begin with "The Gemini Constellation."
//
-Warner Empire-
Minhyun, Emperor of the Warner Empire
And his fourth empress, Yeoju, had just given birth to Minhyun's 12th and 13th twin children, Woojin and Jihoon.
Min-hyeon only gave birth to a child, but he didn't pay any attention to his empress, Yeo-ju.
The child of the imperial family receives a prophecy on the 100th day after birth. The prophecy Min-hyeon received at that time was that the person he loved would leave him.
Then, as if prophesied, his mother, his beloved sister, and even his loyal subordinate all passed away, and he swore he would never love anyone again.
//
(The twins turned 100 days old)
"Today's prophecy... will it be okay?"

"I don't know, I'll have to go and see."
Yeo-ju felt a little bitter, even though she had already gotten used to Min-hyun speaking as if the prophecy about his children had nothing to do with her.

As Yeoju and Minhyun entered the freshly cleaned banquet hall, a saint sat there, covered in a large cloak, about to impart a prophecy—something that might be a curse or a prophecy—to the children.
As the female protagonist placed the children, wrapped in cloth, on a round table in the center of the banquet hall, the saint approached, removing her cloak and hat.
The saint's name is Irene. She was once the heroine's best friend, but after inheriting the saint's power, she was semi-forcibly deprived of her memories and no longer remembers the heroine.

"Your Majesty, the 13th child possesses an ominous aura, and must be killed."
"The 12th child will save the world, and the 13th child will destroy the empire."
A prophecy that the empire would fall was given to the 13th child, Ji-hoon.
"The constellation of Gemini, one starlight will bring misfortune.
"Take away the life of the one destined for disaster."
The saint's prophecy was a bolt from the blue for the heroine.
The Min-Hyeon Yeo-Ju knew was a heartless, heartless man, so it was obvious he would kill her immediately.
As expected, after leaving the banquet hall, Min-hyun approaches Yeo-ju, who is lost in thought in her room alone with her children by her side, holding a knife.
Yeo-ju stops Min-hyun from approaching Ji-hoon with a sharp knife.
Tak)

"What are you doing?"
Thud)
Yeo-ju kneels before Min-hyeon, who stands with a cold expression.
"Your Majesty"
"..."
"My love...!"
"..."
"I...I don't know...if being born late is a sin...it's my fault."
"..."
"Therefore, in place of the 13th child... I offer my life to God."
"...!!(Shock)"
"Even though this body is broken...these are my precious children whom I must protect..."
(Sigh)
Minhyun, seemingly indifferent to the female protagonist who knelt before him, grabbed the hem of his clothes, and pleaded, put the knife away, turned, and left the room.
The saintess, who spotted Min-hyeon leaving the room, shouted urgently.

"Your Majesty!! We must eliminate you now!!!!"

"...no need"
"yes?"
"If you really want to... suggest it to the noble council."
Bang)
Author: I'm back! This episode is one I've been wanting to write for a long time. Since it's been so long since I've been back, I wanted to deliver a high-quality piece, so I wrote and erased it several times. Please wait for the next episode, it'll be out soon. ♡
And for those of you who don't understand this story, let me summarize it.
Minhyeon's fourth empress is Yeoju, and the children of the royal family receive a prophecy on their 100th day.
Born as twins, Woojin and Jihoon, the 12th and 13th children, each received a different prophecy.
Woojin has a prophecy that he will protect this world, and Jihoon has a prophecy that he will destroy this world.
So, in order for this empire to not fall, we must kill Ji-Hoon.
However, the female protagonist cannot let her child, Ji-hoon, die, so she says she will die in his place.
At the heroine's desperate plea, Min-hyeon postpones killing the child.
See you in the next episode for the next story
