I'm a cake. A cake that could be cruelly devoured and killed if a fork accidentally touches it. My parents were always worried about me and protected me. Homeschooled, I've never left the house since I was a child. And of course, I have no friends.

After nagging and pestering my parents, I was finally able to attend the high school near my house.

Part of it was because I wanted to get out into the world after a long time, but the most crucial reason I wanted to go to school was because of Yeoju. From 9 to 5, it was always the time when the students from the high school near my house would be leaving.

At times like that, I'd quickly open the window and watch the students leaving school. Then I realized the girl was Yeoju. Yeoju... she was so pretty. She was a sweet girl with a bright smile. For some reason, whenever high school was ending, I'd run to the window and search for her.

Everyone seemed to like Yeoju. Girls and boys alike, they all called out, "Yeoju, Yeoju, yeoju!" The reason I learned her name was because so many kids called her. I envied her. But I also liked her. Yeoju. I just liked her. Why, I wonder...
