At this point, you kind of wish you were born as a cat. At least, it will be easier to interact with Suga,

and you won't have to stress about maintaining a conversation with him.

You silently take another deep breath and smile.

You know, they always wait for you by the door all the time. I'm starting to think they like you more than me.

I'm pretty sure they only wait for me because you're not home and they're lonely.

Somehow, hearing that makes you feel guilty because you obviously prefer to stay home and spend time with your pets.

But, you're a single individual who needs to support yourself. Earning money is essential if you want yourself and your kittens to survive.

It's alright. I like playing with them, keeps my mind off of things I don't want to think about.

You open your mouth to ask what exactly those 'things' are, but immediately stop upon realizing that it would be inappropriate to do that.

After all, you've just met each other and you don't want to creep, freak or offend Suga by being intrusive on your first real meeting.
