I can't handle it. I can be a good mother, but I'm not ready to take responsibility for raising her.

What? Wasn't this a good decision for you too?

Jimin, who had been using all kinds of logic to say what he wanted to say, looked unusually stern today. He took the child's hand, who was trying to pretend everything was fine, and headed to his room.

I'm Chae-eun...? Wow! So pretty.

I stroked Chae-eun's head as she laughed heartily. "Shall we go for a walk?" "Just the three of us, Dad and I?" Chae-eun nodded in agreement to my question, which was incredibly cute.

박지민

What did you drag me out here for? You said you wouldn't handle it, but you're already close with her?

박채은

Yeah! Mom, you even named Chae-eun! Aren't you jealous?

I nodded at Jimin, who was looking at me with a questioning look. "If not me, who else will?" I added a few words, watching Chae-eun run excitedly to the large cherry blossom tree.

Won't we become close friends someday? Jimin and I will too.

Mom! Come here quickly! Here, here!

I smiled and ran to Chae-eun, who was jumping and waving, telling me to hurry. The beautifully falling cherry blossom petals were announcing the beginning of May.
