On a hot summer day, I climbed the high stairs and walked along an endless path.

It was an unfamiliar road I had never been on before.

I could have gone home, but that day I wanted to walk further.

The hot rain soaked my toes, but it wasn't unpleasant at all.

A small sound was heard from around the corner of the street.

I stopped walking for a moment at the sorrowful sound that cut through the sound of the rain.

We named the puppy Chimi.

Chimi soon adapted to the house and now walks around naturally as if it were her own home.

And so, a cute and fluffy creature was born into our house.
