Key surprises Baby during their music video performance with a “kiss” that was not rehearsed. Baby did not expect it but she went along with it as she didn’t want it to look awkward on screen. The director smiled at the “kiss” on the laptop screen and called out, “Cut, that’s a wrap”. Key released Baby from the “kiss” and they both smiled at each other. Meanwhile, the rest of the production crew, including the director were applauding for and with Key and Baby for concluding the music video successfully and so early in the day. The director asked Key if he and Baby would be coming with the crew to the end of production dinner later. To which Key replied yes and he had invited his best friends — Jonghyun, Taemin, Onew and Minho. The director was pleased and asked Key if there was going to be another surprise?! Key smiled and answered, “You’ll have to wait and see”. Baby then appeared by Key’s side and queried saying, “Wait and see what?”. Key just smiled at Baby and quietly said in her ear, “You will see soon enough”.
As the evening of the dinner drew to an end, Key along with Jonghyun, Taemin, Onew and Minho got up to sing a song — “Can’t Help Falling In Love” (originally sung by Elvis Presley) and adapted so Key could sing it to Baby (with Jonghyun playing the guitar too). The surprise at the end of the song was Key on his knee proposing to Baby!
