-probably a bit nervous the first days, afraid of making you uncomfortable with clashing living habits
-hangs lots of pictures on the walls, so he can think back to all those memories whenever he walks past the photos

-looks ages for a place that allows pets, since he really wants to adopt a dog
-the type of person that buys color changing lightbulbs only and plays with them when bored
-has thousands of ideas and designs for every room, but ofc he can't possibly do them all
-the hardest part of moving, for him, is probably taking all the plushies you two have
-makes a cake with you to celebrate

-when you first saw the house, it was love at first sight, but the price was a bit too much, next thing you knew was that Seungmin somehow managed to lower it (the previous owner looked kinda scared, idk)
-hides whenever you start talking about different shades of bedsheets or stuff like that
-creates a little green space to grow some plants, nothing too hard to mantain because he's busy, but it's still nice to have plants around
-with some friends' help, he installs some smart house devices (listen, turning lights off with your voice is way easier, and he knows it)
-makes sure there is a soundproof room, so you won't get too many noise complaints

-his top choice is a house with a huge garden and a big tree
-builds a treehouse because even if you're not a kid anymore, treehouses are still a safe place
-randomly takes home this or that decor object, just because it's pretty and cute
-hates having to throw away old stuff to make space, but it can't be avoided
-falls asleep every night, exausted, the moment his head touches the pillow, but even if he's asleep you can feel how happy he is for living with you
