Goo Hara Law finally passed, made possible by the tears of parents and siblings

The Constitutional Court's ruling in April allowed the bill to pass the Bills Scrutiny Board committee.

The Constitutional Court said, "The oil flow share system, which guarantees a certain amount of inheritance regardless of the wishes of the deceased, is unconstitutional."

The Goo Hara Law was petitioned by Goo Ho-in, Hara's older brother, who passed away in 2019.

Apparently, Hisahara's older brother shouted "Hurrah!" when the bill passed.

The Goo Hara Act is expected to be officially passed after a plenary session tomorrow (28th).
