1. Investigation Results

As a result of reviewing all participating accounts by applying the same standards regardless of candidate, abnormal voting behavior prohibited by the Fanplus Terms of Service was confirmed.

 

 

2. Measures

In accordance with the Terms of Service, we will take the following measures.

- All confirmed abnormal votes will be invalidated.
- As a result of the invalidation process, the final rankings for the 74th and 75th rounds are adjusted as follows.

3. Account Sanctions and Legal Action
For accounts operated in an abnormal manner, we will implement account usage restrictions in accordance with the Terms of Service. We are also reviewing additional measures, including legal action, against organized abuse.

 

 

4. Prevention of recurrence

In the wake of this incident, we are implementing measures to strengthen security across the entire voting system.

I deeply apologize for failing to ensure a fair voting environment, and I will do my utmost to restore trust.
