Song Min-ho's side admitted to all charges at the first trial held on April 21, but A's side has denied the charges, stating, "There is no truth to the claim that we conspired with (Song Min-ho) or were involved." Previously, the prosecution requested a sentence of one year and six months in prison for Song Min-ho, and the defense arguments for Song Min-ho have concluded.
With the trial against A still ongoing, Song Min-ho appeared as a witness today after A's side requested him.
