Ara and Haidar met about three years ago at a cafe owned by Ara's older brother, Byan. Ara came to help Byan, and Haidar happened to be there too.
"Hey, handsome. Don't bend your face like that," said Byan.
"What the hell, Yan, we're confused about what to buy Danu as a gift. It's time for yellow clothes again."
"Ooh, wait a minute," Byan looked back "Yara! Here you go!"
The one who was called came closer. "Why, Byan?" then Ara asked.
"Can you help my friend find a gift? You're good at finding clothes, so can you help me out?"
"Ih ai si aa, Ara does not know too much," whispered Ara.
"Calm down, Haidar is a calm person."
It's true, Haidar was a bit quiet when we first met. He also said he was a bit shy, but who would have thought that Haidar would change drastically when he met Ara again?
"Do you want to eat first or go straight home?" Haidar asked.
"Ara wants to eat meatballs, okay?"
"Okay, come on." Then Haidar immediately held Ara's hand, because Haidar knew that Ara was afraid when crossing the road.
And Ara didn't mind, Ara herself always liked every simple thing Haidar did. Like opening a bottle cap, putting on a helmet, and things Haidar couldn't refuse, one of which was when he was at the ice cream shop.
"Ara mau mint choco a."
"Huh? Isn't that wrong? It feels strange, Ra."
"What the heck, mint choco is delicious, you know."
"But there are flavors that make more sense, vanilla for example."
"But I like it."
"Tapi mint choco kaya odol, Yara."
"Oh! Okay, Ara just wants to go home."

Yes, that's how they are, arguing over small things. Even though they've only met a few times, they already seem very close.
Another example: When we were going to the cinema, there were films like "Maleficent 2" and "Kuntilanak 2." Ara insisted on watching "Kuntilanak 2," but Haidar said she was too scared.
"Just Malleficent, okay? People say Aurora is beautiful, but I want to tell you that Yara is more beautiful, okay? Okay? Okay? Just Malleficent," Haidar requested.
But again, Haidar finally gave in and complied with Ara's wishes, which resulted in Haidar continuing to close his eyes throughout the film.
"You're just wearing a denim jacket, but you're screaming while watching a horror movie, you're a wimp!" Ara mocked.
Always arguing, even when Haidar asked Ara to go out with him, they still argued.
