Episode 32 - Ending

Yujeong closed her eyes tight, then opened them.

And after finally steeling herself, she looked at him and said.

“I want to sleep forever, dreaming that I’m with the person I love.”

“...“Your wish has been granted. ...This wish has no expiration date.”

As soon as Taehyun finished speaking, he quietly watched Yujeong fall into an eternal sleep.

“So even this time... I couldn’t keep my promise.”

To sum it up,

Yujeong is given a wish box that lets her make three wishes. The three wishes have an expiration date, and they can only be made at 11:11. So Yujeong makes a wish and spends time with Taehyun, the person she loves. Then, when the wish’s expiration date ends, Yujeong falls into an eternal sleep.

But it turns out Taehyun, who loved Yujeong, had become the genie of the wish box and was granting Yujeong’s wish, as she kept choosing the same path again and again.

 

++) Finally!! After 32 chapters!! The story has ended!! Thank you so much to everyone who read until the end, and if anyone was surprised by the abrupt turn of events, I’m sorry...

In the end, it wrapped up well as a sad ending, but personally I prefer happy endings, so writing it was a little hard...
