Today is my last day in South Korea because tomorrow morning I'll be flying back to my country. This morning, before I even woke up, a strange number called, disrupting my sleep. I groggily picked up the phone.
Me: Hello, who is this? - (speaking my language)
Jin: Hello (in Korean)
I woke up: "Oh, I'm sorry, who is this?" (in Korean) - looking at the phone number.
This phone number looks somewhat familiar; I can't remember where I've seen it before. I froze for 5 seconds before realizing. OMG, it's Jin's number.
Me: Jin oppa?
Jin: Ting! That's right.
Me: How did you get my number so easily?
Jin: Ask Ji... ah, my boyfriend, he'll know right away.
Me: Is there anything you need, sir?
Jin: Are you free today?
Me: Naeee!
Jin: I was planning to ask you out at the cafe to pay for the bomb, you know.
Me: No, thank you, it's just a bomb, and besides, it's fine.
Jin: What you said makes me feel really guilty!
Me: Yes?
Jin: You said you'd make it up to me with a new bomb, and you really did!
Me: Don't you have any plans today?
Jin: Today, the whole Bangtan group has a day off.
Me: Naee!
Okay, let's meet at the tea shop where we met the other day!
Me: Naee!
I prepared a comfortable outfit and applied light makeup before heading to the tea shop where we were meeting that day.
I sat in the cafe, appearing calm and normal on the outside, but inside, my inner self was screaming intensely—nervous, anxious, and all sorts of other emotions.
Ding!dong! The doorbell rang, and two men dressed in full body suits walked in. Instinctively, I glanced over, and my eyes met theirs. Seeing this, they approached me.
Even though I already knew who one of them was, I was still very nervous, trying hard to control myself so that my self-respect wouldn't completely disappear.
The two sat down, and one of them took off his mask; it was Jin.
Jin: Hi, we meet again!
Me: Hi oppa!
Jin: You're not late, are you?
Me: I just arrived too. Oppa, who is that person next to you?
Jin: Hey, you! How long are you going to keep messing around?
The other person took off their mask, revealing a cute, angelic face.
Jimin: Oh, I forgot, hello!
Me: Naee, hello oppa!
Side story
After Jin left the tea shop, Jimin pulled him aside to talk.
Jimin: You just knocked over Kyung's bomb, didn't you?
Jin: Are you planning to make me pay for this?
Jimin: No, can you help me with this?
Jin: Speak!
(Talking about the plan to ask Kyung out for a drink)
Jin: I can help with this, but you have to buy me some snacks first.
Jimin: No problem
