After finishing my inspection, I went to the counter and was thinking about what the manager had basically told me when my first customer finally came in with a clang.

I was so nervous, my heart pounding and thumping as I waited for the customer to come to the counter, trying my best to be friendly and smile. A moment later, the customer approached and placed the item on the table.

Miyeon smiled as best she could, scanned the barcodes of the items on the table, checked the screen, and said the amount.
