"Where do you want to go first, Sir Paulo? To the mini-museum or to Justin's bedroom?" Dante asked.
"Anywhere, please."Paulo answered and Dante just nod.
While walking around the mansion, Paulo noticed how quiet the place is.
"It's still much happier in Grandma and I's old house."Paulo thought but he quickly shrugged his thoughts as they stopped walking.
Dante knocked three times before entering the room.
"Good morning, Sir Justin. Your cousin is here." Dante said and twisted the doorknob and pushed the door open.
"Ugh...Dante, I'm still sleeping!" Justin said in frustration.
He rolled his body with the blanket enveloping his head and rest his head onto his palm with an annoyed look. He glanced at Paulo who is currently surprised upon seeing his cousin's behavior.

"Oh...you're here." Justin said and Paulo just smiled.
"Sir Paulo, this is the youngest grandson of the Nase family, Justin Nase De Dios. Sir Justin, this is John Paulo Nase, your elder cousin." Dante said.
"Nice to meet you, Paulo." Justin said.
"Thank you. It's nice to meet you too, Justin." Paulo replied.
"Okay na? Now, can I go back to sleep?" Justin said and lie down again.
Dante just sigh and gave an apologetic look at Paulo.
After a few minutes, they finally arrived at the mini-museum and found a guy intently staring at the art pieces hang on the wall.
"Good morning, Sir Ken." Dante greeted that immediately caught the man's attention.
Felip Jhon Nase Suson, the fourth oldest grandson of the Nase family. Although his name was derived from their grandfather's name, Juan Felipe, he still preferred being called Ken, which is his pen name as a young art genius.

The two walked in Ken's direction. Paulo couldn't help but be amazed by the place they are currently in.
"I believe, you're my older cousin." Ken said at Paulo.
"Yes, Sir Ken. He is John Paulo Nase. Sir Paulo, this is Felip Jhon Nase Suson, but he prefers being called Ken." Dante explained, making Paulo confused.
"Why Ken? It's quite far from Felip Jhon." Paulo asked.
"It's none of your business. Why is your surname Nase? Lolo Felipe has no son."
"It's none of your business either." Paulo retaliated.
The two men exchanged deadly glares at each other that made Dante worried. After a few seconds, Ken sighed and gave in.
"Fine. I hate my name. It's so old-fashioned. Ken was supposed to be my name, and it suits me better. Now can you answer my question? Why is your last name Nase?"
Paulo just sighed in relief. He thought that he's gonna have a conflict with one of his cousins on his first day.
"I don't have a father, so I take my mother's surname." Paulo said.
Ken flashed a smirk upon hearing Paulo's answer.
"So...you're born out of wedlock?" Ken asked mockingly.
"Josh worried for nothing. There's no way that this bastard can take his throne away." Ken thought.
"You can say that. It's not a big deal anyway." Paulo answered.
"But then again, his surname is Nase. Who knows if our grandfather prefers an heir who holds the Nase surname?" Ken thought.
A week has passed. The four Nases have been adjusting to Paulo's presence. They are not close, but they are not enemies either. They are merely civil with each other.
Little did they know, Don Felipe Juan Nase, the head of the Nase family, was quietly observing the five for the past few days through Dante's watch.
Josh was busy doing his obligations in the company, but he clearly lacks empathy with his co-workers.
Stell was busy with his photoshoots and schedules as a solo artist.
Ken was engrossed with his artworks while Justin was busy with online games.
Paulo was busy adjusting to his surroundings. He is either busy reading some books inside the library, watering the plants, or helping the maids with household chores. This impressed Don Felipe a lot.
"Paulo, come to my room." Don Felipe said as he finished eating.
The four were surprised upon Don Felipe's remarks, as this was the first time that one of his grandsons will be able to come into his room.
Josh hasn't been there too. Meanwhile, Paulo seemed oblivious about this because for him, it's only natural for a grandfather to invite his grandson to his room for a talk.
"Take a seat." Don Felipe said upon seeing Paulo.
"Grandpa, why did you call me?"Paulo asked.
Don Felipe pointed a picture frame on the wall and Paulo quickly took a glance at it. It was a picture of the five, the grandsons of the Nase family, that was taken a few days ago.

"Why do you think I put you in the middle of that picture?" Don Felipe asked.
"Because I'm the tallest? The photographer said that the photo should be symmetrical." Paulo answered honestly.
This made Don Felipe burst into laughter, making Paulo puzzled.
"You are really my grandson. The efforts that I've given to find you were all worth it, Paulo." Don Felipe said.
"Hehe. Thank you, Grandpa."Paulo said even though he is confused about what's happening.
"I ordered the photographer to put you in the middle, Paulo. That tallest thingy was just a mere excuse. I really want to see you in the middle of that frame. Because...you're my heir." Don Felipe said.
Paulo's eyes widened in surprise. He couldn't absorb what his grandfather just said.
"Heir? Me? Wait, Grandpa. What about Kuya Josh? I don't understand. Kuya Josh deserves the position better than me."Paulo said.
"Do you know that you're the only one who calls Josh that way? Your three younger cousins haven't uttered Kuya Josh even once." Don Felipe said.
"Josh is also the same though. He has never called Dante with Kuya, unlike you. You treat every employee here in the mansion with respect. You even get along with them so well." Don Felipe said, but Paulo's face is still bothered.
"What I'm saying is that, above competence and intelligence, I value attitude the most in selecting my heir. And you Paulo is who stands out the most." Don Felipe said.
Little did they know, outside the room of Don Felipe, the four Nases were silently listening while containing their rangeupon hearing this news.
