It was the day of the field trip, and I found my close friend Gu Haneul.
Haneul was the vocalist in the band club I’d grown close to this year, and she sang unbelievably well. I could see her familiar braided hair.

I wanted the window seat, so I sat on the inside, and just then Taesan and Haneul, sitting on the outside, exchanged glances.
