Everyone has pain and sorrow.

You may also have positive emotions such as happiness and joy,

I'm trying to deal with negative emotions.

Pain and sorrow are both denials.

It is an emotion that everyone can experience at least once in their lives.

Pain is visible externally,

So, there is also pain that can be seen with the eyes.

So, even though we cannot see it with our eyes, there is pain that we receive.

I first of all feel pain among pain and sorrow,

Among the pains, I would like to talk about inner pain.

Inner pain cannot be seen with our eyes.

It's just a pain that only you receive.

And we have to decide.

Should I leave this inner pain as it is or should I treat it?

If we assume that we leave it as is,

It will hurt a lot.

Physically, mentally and psychologically

It will be very painful, difficult and tiring.

If that happens, the inner pain will grow and grow again

It will devour itself.

Because it has grown so large that we can no longer receive treatment.

To a place where we can no longer turn back

I will take you.

So what if you get treatment?

In fact, getting treatment won't make you better.

No, there's no guarantee it'll get better.

But if you think about it under the assumption that it gets better,

It will definitely be better than leaving it as is.

Even if the treatment process is difficult and complicated, once that difficult period passes,

Can it really get better?

If things get better, I'll be able to live without any worries.

What about external pain?

External pain

Like a wound, a scar

It's a pain you can see with your own eyes.

But the external pain,

It will be very painful and bitter when it first comes out,

Apply ointment to the wound well, and as time passes

It disappears in an instant.

I tend to care more about internal pain than external pain.

External pain can be resolved by applying ointment and treating it, but

Because inner pain doesn't do that.

In order to avoid internal pain

Pay more attention to your own state of mind

After you have a good understanding of what is in your mind and what your feelings are,

You should not push yourself too hard for your own condition.

But it is not easy, and what happens is a wound in the heart,
